While I understand online check-in, I could never support a customer waiting 40mins without the “online person present” to immediately be seated upon arrival while the other person has patiently waited. Will probably not be back unless absolutely necessary.

Terrible service. Employees in no rush to do their job. Standing around. Rush hairs cuts and didn’t do what I asked. Woman didn’t even know how to properly do a fade. I will never go back to this location. Embarrassing.

Sign in board was not working so we asked how long the wait would be and were told 30 minutes. 90 minutes later we were told we were next only to have 2 more clients taken in front of us. We ended up leaving along with 2 other customers with similar experiences. Will not be back.
